SCHOOL UNIFORM

The following items are supplied through the school and the cost charged to parents.

ALL uniform clothing and replacements MUST be obtained through the school.

• 2. P.E. Singlet in House colours.
• 1. House Rugby Jersey.
• 1. Black Rugby Jersey.
• 1. School scarf.

The following items to be brought from home at the beginning of the term: -

• 3. Long sleeved grey jerseys.
• 2. pairs Grey wasted trousers.
• 4. pairs P.E. Shorts (2 black, 2 white).
• 4. pairs Grey socks.
• 1. pair Rubber soled slip-on shoos black "Tuf”.
• 1. pair Football stockings black and white.
• 1. Anorak – Grey.
• 1. Track suit - blue.
• 4. grey shirts.
• 3. vests.
• 3. pairs Pants.
• 3. pairs Pyjamas.
• 1. working jacket or anorak.
• 1. pair working trousers or shorts in good repair please.
• 8. handkerchiefs.
• 6. Towels, not too small please, as they are used in connection with swimming.
• 1. Dressing gown.
• 1. Navy Blue gabardine raincoat.
• 1. pair Overalls or jeans.
• 1. pair stout leather shoes - black for best wear. Round toes please.
• 1. pair plimsoll – black.
• 1. pair Wellington boots.
• 1. pair leather boots for long walks (Tuf type).
• 1. pair stockings for use with Wellingtons.
• 1. pair football boots - Rugby pattern please.
• 1. pair swimming trunks.
• 1. pair bedroom slipper.
• 1. pair woollen gloves - grey.

Optional 2 grey woollen pullovers V neck - no coloured trimmings –Seniors - Forms 3, 4 and 5 only.

PLEASE MARK ALL ITEMS OF CLOTHING WITH YOUR SONS NAME AND THE WORD "APLEY" CASH’S NAME TAPES ARE BEST SUITED TO LAUNDERING. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST CLOTHING IF IT IS NOT MARKED. PLEASE SEND 24 NAME TAPES FOR ITEMS SUPPLIED AT THE SCHOOL. WE WILL ARRANGE TO SEW THEM ON. WE ADVISE YOU TO ORDER OUR CASH'S NAME TAPES IN GOOD TIME, AS THERE IS USUALLY SEVERAL WEEKS DELAY BETWEEN DELIVERY TIMES.

Will parents please keep to the above list of clothing. Storage is a problem at the School, and we cannot accept responsibility for items not on the list. I any items are sent after the beginning of term, will parents please send them c/o The Matron and not direct to their sons. In this way we can keep a record of clothing belonging to each boy.
